Chapter I
The Gospel According to Dogma
In the beginning, there was thirst. And it was not good.
So we did what the Belgian monks did centuries ago in their quiet abbeys — we rolled up our robes and started brewing. Dogma Brewing Co. is a San Diego brewery-in-the-making devoted to Belgian-style ales: dubbels, tripels, saisons, and the occasional heretical experiment.
Our patron saint is a very good boy in a priest's collar. He does not judge your pour. He only asks that you drink with joy, share with strangers, and never — never — order a light beer in his house.

Golden, deceptively angelic, and strong enough to test your faith. Pear, pepper, and divine trouble.

Farmhouse Saison · 5.8% ABV
Rustic, dry, and slightly rebellious. Lemon zest, cracked pepper, and a barnyard funk that's holier than it sounds.

Cloudy with a chance of grace. Orange peel and coriander, brewed pure and unfiltered. No sins added.
